At Sian Clothing, every product is carefully double-checked before it is packed and shipped. However, in rare cases where damage occurs, we are here to help.
Returns / Exchanges (Only for Damaged Products)
We accept returns or exchanges only in case of physical damage to the product. You must send us an unboxing video that clearly shows: The product being opened and the damage, all captured in one continuous shot.
To request a return for a damaged item:

- All return requests are subject to approval after review. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without this video proof.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping service.
No Size Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for size issues. The product will be sent in the exact size you select from our size chart.
To avoid any inconvenience:
Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.
If you’re unsure or between sizes, we recommend choosing one size up for a better fit.
