At Sian clothing, every product is carefully double-checked before it is packed and shipped. However, in rare cases where damage occurs , we are here to help.

Returns / Exchanges (Only for Damaged Products)

Weaccept returns or exchanges only in case of physical damage to the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

You must send us an unboxing video that clearly shows:

 1) The sealed package

 2) The product being opened and the damage, all captured in one continuous shot

The video should be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

 Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without this video proof.

No Size Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for size issues. The product will be sent in the exact size you select from our size chart.

 To avoid any inconvenience:

Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.

If you’re unsure or between sizes, we recommend choosing one size up for a better fit.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are entertained for those products that are already been purchased. Refunds are only processed based on errors such as incorrectly shipped or if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect. There may be slight difference on dispatch date according to season basis . Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
